Specific conditions

  • All drivers must be 23-75 years and have less than 6 points on their licence.
  • A 500£ deposit will be requested. You'll receive an e-mail to pay it online the day before the beginnning of the rental but you can also pay it upon collection of the horsebox with credit card.
  • The vehicle is given clean and with a full tank of petrol, it must be returned in the same condition. Otherwise, a cleaning and/or refuelling fee will be charged (see booking options).
  • In the event of damage, the compensation limit corresponds to the insurance excess of £1,000 plus £80 for administrative costs.
  • A rental day is up to 24h.
  • You can adjust the mileage and rental options on the next step of your booking.

Moderate cancellation conditions

Refunds granted on the amount of the reservation: 100% in the event of a cancellation request received no later than 2 weeks before the vehicle rental; 95% in the event of a cancellation request received between 2 weeks and 7 days before the vehicle rental; 50% in the event of a cancellation request received between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the rental; no refund in the event of a cancellation request within 48 hours before the vehicle rental.
