Specific conditions

  • Drivers must be at least 20 years old and have two years' driving experience.
  • Deposit of €2,600 payable in cash, bank transfer or credit card (for rentals of less than 72 hours). If payment is made by credit card, please check the limit on your card with your bank. PLEASE NOTE: in the event of responsible damage, the deposit will be cashed in full.
  • In the event of damage and if the truck's insurance is involved, the deposit will be kept in full (amount corresponding to the excess). If your insurance covers the repair of the damage, the deposit will be returned to you once the repairs have been carried out.
  • We remind you that the vehicle must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as when you picked it up (the inventory photos will serve as proof), including the exterior, the front cabin and the horse and tack area. Cleaning must be carried out according to the rules of the trade, ideally using a high-pressure cleaner at a car wash. Do not use dirty sponges or rags that could scratch the paintwork. If the lorry is returned dirty, you will be charged a fixed fee of €250 when the lorry is returned.
  • A rental day is up to 24h.

Remboursement de 95% du montant de la réservation en cas de demande d'annulation reçue au plus tard 14 jours avant la location du véhicule. Remboursement de 50% du montant de la réservation en cas de demande d'annulation reçue entre 14 jours et 48h avant le début de la location. Aucun remboursement effectué en cas de demande d'annulation dans les 48h avant la location du véhicule.
