Specific conditions

  • The hirer of the vehicle must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving licence.
  • The truck is delivered with a full tank of diesel and must be returned with it.
  • The vehicle must be completely clean: cleaned and disinfected, driver and horses. Cleaning deposit 250 €: any cleaning not carried out in the driver's and/or horse's area, the cheque will be cashed immediately. -
  • Holders of a driving licence for less than 24 months will be required to pay a deposit of €3,000.
  • For glass breakage, you will be asked to pay an excess of €300 excluding VAT (€360 including VAT).
  • Any damage or claim will result in the deposit cheque being cashed immediately.
  • All hirers must send an email prior to the hire date with their driving licence, a valid current postal address and a form of identification, a copy of which will be kept by us. These documents must also be presented on the day of pick-up.
  • A security deposit of €2,000 will be required on departure of the vehicle by pre-authorisation and/or cheque, in accordance with the conditions agreed on site with the hire company. If the pre-authorisation is not received, the car hire company reserves the right to cancel the rental in accordance with its cancellation policy. Please provide both means of payment for the departure of the vehicle. In the event of damage, the full cost of the expenses will be charged to the hirer. The cheque and/or pre-authorisation will be cashed immediately.

Conditions d'annulation modérées

Remboursements accordés sur le montant de la réservation : 100% en cas de demande d'annulation reçue au plus tard 2 semaines avant la location du véhicule ; 95% en cas de demande d'annulation reçue reçue entre 2 semaines et 7 jours avant la location du véhicule ; 50% en cas de demande d'annulation reçue entre 7 jours et 48h avant le début de la location ; aucun remboursement en cas de demande d'annulation dans les 48h avant la location du véhicule.
